"The clay like mosaic tile had large chips in one of the tiles,so the next day FedEx picked it up and the following day a new table arrived. It also had a small chip in a tile, but I decided to keep it and coat it with an acrylic sealer- and Hayneedle refunded me 25% of the price. Its nice now, but Wouldn't recommend that product. Nice customer service lady. The chest was good and sturdy for the price, but there were small gaps beside some of the drawers. I guess you get what you pay for! Delivery was fast and customer service was great.
