"I ran out of Dofetilide, a drug essential to keeping my VTach heart rate in normal range, on Wednesday, November 6. (I have a small reserve to cover situations like this) I called Healthwarehouse and was told that the drug was out of stock but would be available soon. A day later an email told me it had been shipped. Today is the 8th of November and I am still waiting for my Dofetilide. I take it three times each day at the same time each day, It is critical to my health maintenance. Every month at the time of refillment, something causes a delay instead of a smooth replacement. I don't need prescription brinksmanship every thirty days!"

"I've been using Health Warehouse for several years for my prescriptions with very few problems, but recently they rebuilt the website. In doing so, they lost information for my prescriptions and some had been cancelled. I contacted customer service and she told me I needed to redo the prescriptions with my doctor so they could be entered properly. Not very helpful solution to problem they created!"

“I'm so sorry for the bad experience. There's no excuse for it. But I'm confident we can make things better. It looks like your order came in on Sunday 11/3 and shipped on Tuesday 11/5. We have daily restocks of products, so unless there is a major manufacturer backorder (usually a national issue), we can resolve any inventory within 24 hrs. I think the real problem here is the timing of your orders. I'll have someone reach out to you to go over your AutoReorder setup. I recommend moving your reorder time forward 1-2 weeks so even when there is a delay, there is still at least 1 week before you need the order. When we reach out, we can coordinate with you the setup that works best for your situation. This will also give us the chance to investigate why you're experiencing regular delays, and resolve the problem.”
