I contacted costumer services representative who placed the order for me and stated she would send this to their technical Staff and it should be resolved short. I was told that they have a new web page. Well it’s been weeks now and my information is still missing. I’m apprehensive to continue to reorder until this is resolved. I’m concerned about identifying theft so I’m not so sure if I’m comfortable with all this. Thank you "
