"Ordered two evaporative coolers from them which don't cool. The made the air humid which actually made the room hotter, not cooler. Their "guarantee" apparently only covers the item if you never opened it, but you can only find it work if you try it. HealthyKin says for items like this the manufacturers guarantee will cover it. But that guarantee only covers broken parts, not the claim that this is a cooler, when it doesn't actually cool. So, a product that doesn't do what they said it would, is not covered because 1) it was opened to test it and 2) the manufacturer only guarantees that parts will be replaced and items can't be returned even if they don't actually cool. The Sunpentown SF-609 Portable Evaporative Air Cooler is a rip off. It doesn't cool. We bought two and neither of them cooled, even if sitting in front of them. It released moist air, which when mixing with the room heat, made everything feel hotter. Not allowed to return the product to them, even though they sold it. No return guarantee."
