"What a bad company to deal with. The website does not log any info on shipping or the fact that an order might be back ordered in partial or in whole. When asked I was told that it was UPS' fault although I ordered from Healthykin and paid them to, I expected to be told about my order. I provided more than enough info for them to reach me.

As you can all see Healthykin has chimed in below and blamed the customer. Notification was my point above, with my address, name, phone number and email address healthykin's systems nor any of its employees apparently did not have the ability to contact me via any of those to get me my medical supplies. Did I mention once again that they sell MEDICAL SUPPLIES and don't notify customers of issues with orders.

They were able to take my money but not deliver my medical supplies.

Oh did I mention that they sell medical supplies. Medical supplies that most people order because THEY NEED THEM.

Post Number three in response to HealthyKin-Once again Helthykin has come back with a brilliant but so accurate response. A tracking number was in fact sent to me. After three weeks and my inquiry regarding the order. Not once prior was an email received unsolicited (that means without me asking HealthyKin) from the re-seller.

It should simply be telling that they are trying to blame the customer for something that where they fall short. Once again, no information was received from them without me first sending an email. While the address in UPS' system was incorrect, how did one box reach me but the other two were sent back?



I will continue to write everywhere about the injustice done by this company."
