"I ordered a Brondell Swish S1000 from HealthyKin.com. In the ordering process I mistakenly checked the wrong model number. I discovered the mistake when I printed out the receipt. I immediately Emailed my mistake and asked if the order could be corrected. I received a reply from Dan Brown of HealthyKin saying that he would contact the warehouse and see if the correction could be made. A few minuets later Dan Emailed that the correction had been made. Awesome service!!! The product arrived the next day and in less than 18 hours from placing the order I had it installed and working. The Swish 1000 is an outstanding product--highly recommended.
