While I like the shape of the pillow and it is comfortable to sleep on, the odor makes it impossible to use. I called the HB 800 # to let them know my opinion of the product. I was promised that a replacement pillow would be sent to me but to date I haven't received anything. The person also told me that he would e-mail an UPS return label via e-mail so I could return the pillow I currently have. At this point I'm not sure what course to take but I would like to have the cost of my purchase to be returned to my credit card account. While I need a pillow shaped for a side sleeper I don't believe the product I ordered is the answer. Your turn now to respond to my concerns."
