"I ordered a cervical pillow for my mother who is in pain every morning on the recommendation of her doctor. I chose Healthyback.com as the item showed available and their shipping time was quick. That was on Aug. 30. Today is Oct. 2, still no pillow. Healthyback charged my credit card immediately. When I called mid-September, I was told item had gone onto backorder and that I should have been notified by email, but they were "changing systems". I was told that the pillow was due shortly, and that I would have it by the end of the month at the latest. I called today and the customer service agent was very nice and apologetic, but said that the item is due in on Oct. 10. Both times I was offered a substitute pillow of a thicker size, but I used their measurements to determine that my mother should use the thin size, so I declined. I requested that my order be cancelled, and my credit card credited. I was assured that would be done within 2 days. I will not be ordering from this company again. A product I expected to receive in days is still not available, much less shipped. That's a month of pain my mother should not have had to endure."

"To be honest, I was going to buy the chair from your la jolla store. However, I was not pleased when I was promised a price on a Saturday, then went back on the Sunday to buy it only to find that the price quoted by the saleswomen as Well as the email advertisement, did NOT include the seat pads for the chair. (Despite the advert showing the whole chair with the price $1399 underneath). This was very misleading and I found it to be somewhat underhand to be fair. I really wanted the chair, but bought it online to avoid dealing with the staff there. I was also surprised by the attitude of the customer services rep I spoke to on the phone, when I called to enquire as to how long my order would take (I was told it would take longer than I would have expected for a stock item)."
