"The chair arrived promptly, but it is so different than the chair I used to have that I started getting severe and excruciating back spasms after sitting in it for 2 days. My doctor says for me to get used to it little by little since it is so ergonomically correct, and my back muscles were not used to the change in sitting positions. Maybe these chairs should come with warnings.

It is a very nice chair though and I intend to used it.

"I am happy with the low profile sheet set I recieved, but I thought it was going to have two fitted sheets not just one. Nevertheless, I believe it will be exactly what I was looking for.
I thought the sheets would arrive a bit sooner than they did, however, they arrived in good form and I'm very satisfied.
Thanks for having a product I've needed for a very long time.

"NIGHTMARE! Bought a chair online from this vendor 30 days ago. The chair was not shown as back ordered or special order at the web site, it was supposed to ship in (max.) 3-4 business days. It did not ship on the expected time, so I contacted healthy back. and contacted again... and again... and again... No answer, even though I receive their email confirmation saying "we received your email and will contact you back in 5-7 business days". No answer from this guys at all, I contacted them 4 times via email. Then I called: First a RUDE rep treated me very badly and said" oh, maybe this will ship in September or October, I am typing an email right now for you to explain the situation" - no email was received. Called again and talked to a lady who said "I don't know what happened to your order" I asked her to send me an email to clarify the situation and - you guess - no email sent or phone call received. Total lack of respect with customers here. I am appalled. Still don't have my money, or the chair, or even know what the status of my order is.

** Update ** 9-6-12

Rep finally contacted me (thanks to resellerratings.com) and said that my chair would take UP TO 14 WEEKS to be delivered. Absurd amount of time considering that they did not in any way made that clear on their web site. I asked for a refund and they agreed (after some back and forth). I received my refund in full and thus decided to increase my star review from 1 star to 2 stars. Be careful if buying there, ask how long the item will take to ship before buying, they won't tell you on their website. Biggest failure of all in this episode was how they would not answer my emails, even the ones sent from their form inside the web site, that made me lose any and all trust on them. But at least I got a full refund, so I am happier now. Thanks resellerratings.com, you really helped a lot.

"I am currently recovering from foot surgery and have few options other than lying around. I ordered a back rest and received it in a very timely fashion. Other than having to add another cushion for lumbar support, I am very pleased with the product and know it will be a wonderful lounging item to have on hand for the future."
