"Well let me start by saying customer service is TERRIBLE. Yes, I ordered a bed on 12/13/12. Then heard nothing from them, not even confirmation e-mail (they sent again later, showing it was sent).
So, I called on the 12/17 to confirm the order and see what the status was. Was told by Chris at that time they are waiting for the mattress and foundation, should be a couple days. I then called again on the 12/20 to check the status again and was told once again by Chris that they are still waiting on the mattress and foundation and it should be a couple days. Upon hearing that I said that was what you told me on the 17th. So then I was told it could be up to 20 some odd days because the mattress and foundation were out of stock. Then was told I should have it by 1/9/13 - 1/10/13. It does clearly state their shipping procedures in their confirmation e-mail. However, I was never informed that MY ORDER was out of stock and would be one the exceptions to the norm. My anger is that I was not informed of ANYTHING! I have not yet received my bed as of yet, my only hope is that it is as incredible as I've been told."

"I like that you have a live Chat operator available, but feel that I was misinformed when I called to confirm the dimensions of the Tush Cush. I just received my Tush Cush yesterday, and was expecting the width to be 16" or less to be able to fit within my bucket seat. It is much too wide for most bucket seats.
The operator didn't seem to know that details of the products you're selling, and gave me vague answers. Also, I was told that I could return it if it didn't work out. Now I see on your website that "seat wedges" can not be returned?! This is ridiculous considering it arrives in a plastic bag, and is completely covered. I would like to exchange the Tush Cush the same version in a smaller width. As this is my first experience with Healthy Back, I expect to be able to make an exchange. Otherwise, you will lose my business forever and I will inform my Physical Therapy office and place of work of your poor customer service and return policy.
