"Healthy Back shipped a damaged torn up package which I REFUSED delivery on. FedEx called central office and found that package was shipped in that terrible condition.
So it appears that Healthy Back is not a reputable company to deal with.

"My husband LOVES his new Healthy Back Ergo-Form back rest! He likes to watch TV laying on the floor so having a customizable back rest was a must. The customizable pillows adjust easily so no fluffing pillows when you shift your body weight. It is not too firm nor too soft, just perfect. It's really comfortable if you like to read in bed. the pillows and the backrest have zippered covers for easy removal and washing. I might just have to order one for myself. Healthy Back had the item on my door step two days after I ordered it. I couldn't be happier with the product and I highly recommend it. I hope to see covers in different colors that don't show dirt so easily in the future.

"I order the All-PurposePillow by Tempur-Pedic™. Although the dimensions are listed I didn't see them and went with the picture. I thought this pillow would be much larger than it is. Even though all the info was listed I was disappointed in what I received. It is way to tiny to do anything with. The quality and the memory foam were nice but not enough pillow for $49.00.
