I recently had an opportunity to arrange the purchase of an AED from Heart Smart for my church, Bethlehem Lutheran Church. From the beginning of my contacting Heart Smart with regards to purchasing an AED to the final purchase, I have been very impressed with the quality of the help I have received and the personnel who have helped me through the process. After I submitted a request for a price quote it was only a matter of hours until Heart Smart responded. I admit it took somewhat longer than I anticipated to arrange the purchase of the Model 350P, but after the check was issued the speed with which the purchase was approved until the arrival of the AED was truly amazing.
I did review the packed items and found everything to be as stated in the invoice. But, I did have to contact Amy on several occasions to property register and activate the prescription for this item. She has been most helpful, understanding and patience with me during this process from our first emails to the last.
I have been working with people for over 45 years at various levels of government and private industry, and I can say with assurance the quality of the people employed by Heart Smart reflects well on the company and those that it employs. My hat is off to all of you.
