"I made a mistake in ordering AED pads and needed to return the excess number of pads for credit. We have 5 AED units, the contact pads to which, needed to be replaced. I was unfamiliar with the nomenclature and ordered what I thought was 10 pads (two pads per AED); however, I ordered 10 packets, which contained 2 pads per packet. I had ordered twice the number of units needed. Amy Luliani was my contact and helped me through my embarrassment and put everything in order for the return and credit back to American Express card. She was also patient with me and kept me notified of the status of the return and credit back to account. I appreciate working with efficient people.....at IBM we refer to them as "customersyntric".
