"Dress was in a plastic liner, in a FedEx plastic mailer, it arrived with a yellowish brown stain on the front of the (white) dress. It looks like a burn mark. I was asked for photos, which I provided and was told that the damage could not have happened prior to shipping, they recommended several cleaning methods. I tried them all, but again it appear to be a scorch mark, I did not iron the dress, so it wasn't damage I created. When none of the suggested cleaning strategies worked, customer service stopped responding to me, clearly they had no interest in offering a replacement or a refund. Dress was pretty and fit well - but was unwearable. "
"I ordered a wedding dress in the color ivory. The dress was ill fitting and looked frumpy and heavy compared to what was advertised online. The worst part of my experience was their integrity. I ordered my dress in ivory, but I was mailed a GREY dress! I took pictures of the dress, and took one of the dress next to one of the ivory veils I ordered which contrasted the colors very obviously. The policy for returns/refunds on the website states “Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund.” They don’t tell you, however, that you must ship the dress back and you will not be refunded for shipping. Because this is a CHINESE company, shipping the dress would cost roughly $145, at cheapest! The dress was advertised as $208, but they only refunded me for $52. That’s because they include the cost of shipping the dress as the advertised sale price. This company is a big con artist. "
