They would not allow me to do so and gave me the option of donating it which is ridiculous. They pride themselves on great customer service and guarantee customer satisfaction but this is poor service. I will not recommend. "

"It was my first time ordering from this website and I was excited about this dress! Unfortunately, it didn't fit me the way I wanted it to - it looked cheap and ill fitting. For ALL first time customers, just FYI - to return anything you have to email them. They then "inspect" your reasoning (which btw is extremely vague and NOT detailed on their website). This dress was unworn, with the tags, and I reached out to return within a couple of weeks. Apparently, I still do not "qualify" for a return. There goes $200. I ordered the dress in the size we thought she would wear. I couldn't find how to customize the sizes on the website. So after ordering the dress I emailed them asking how to order a custom fit dress. To my surprise they emailed me back the next day letting me know it was $18 more to customize the dress and they asked for my daughter's measurements. The dress arrived about 2 weeks later! The dress fits my daughter Perfectly. We need very little alterations. The quality of the dress is just as good as the Bridal shops, except we only paid $210.00. "Let me start by saying that you get what you pay for and the two dresses I purchased were very affordable. Do not expect your dress to match the picture exactly. What I now believe is that Hebeos copies designer dresses for an affordable price tag. If you know that and recognize that what you'll get will be the same general look, then order away. Both dresses fit perfectly and are well constructed. The material is much cheaper than the dresses in the original pictures so I had to come to grips with whether that was ok for me. I am still deciding on whether to have a local dressmaker replace some of the material for a higher-end version but again, for the cost, it will be a reasonable expense and I have no desire to return either dress. There are pen marks on the underside of both dresses from the company where they accidentally nicked the fabric with their pen. Because the material is most likely a polyester blend, I think it will come right out in a good cleaning. "

"I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this site. The material is good quality but the cut is horrible. I have to get it altered a lot, the armholes are too small mind you i ordered my size. The cups for the breast are up close to my shoulders and who’s breast goes that high? Overall the silhouette is gorgeous and after i pay the extra money for it to be fixed it will be fine, to be honest everyone in the bridal party had to have their dress altered but what can we do. Oh and the way they shipped it was horrible!!!!! It was rolled into a ball, i kid you not! So zero points for shipping "
