Not only did they refuse to offer me a refund, but they also insisted that I donate the dress to a charity instead. "I got this dress in Dark Navy, and it is absolutely stunning! I had ordered four other considerably more expensive dresses from different US stores, but ended up returning everything else, because this dress was by far the most beautiful one. It has a flattering, unique fit, the fabric is lighter and softer than it looks in the pictures, and it's really well made. 100% recommend this dress!
The customer service and return policy could be more customer-centric, but luckily I won't be needing that because the product is amazing :)"
