"Ordered two dresses because I loved both too much. Even though I measured my body and left a 1/2 inch for wiggle room they are both so tight I fear sitting down or walking. One feels like a cheap thick table cloth, and the other isn’t much better. The straps are hardly sewn on. I’m so scared the top will rip. Zero return policy too so I just wasted 300+ dollars. "

"I am engaged and the dress I purchased I had my on for quite some time. Originally, I wanted my bridesmaids to wear the dress but we decided to go with another company. I decided to wear the dress for my engagement pictures. My fiancé was unsure of the colors we wanted to wear, so I purchased the dress in two colors (black and burnt orange in a size 8) because time was winding down (3 weeks out). The dresses came and they were too small. I couldn’t get the dress over my hips. My fiancé decided on chocolate after seeing the colors. I went back to the website and the same dress was available in chocolate so I immediately ordered it. This time in a size 10. I emailed customer service so that I could return the other two dresses. And, it was the worst experience. They questioned why I purchased the dress three times, which I provided the reason and they wanted me to send pictures to prove the dress didn’t fit. I told the rep that I couldn’t get the dresses over my hips and it was inappropriate to send the pics that they were asking for. She then asked for my size and told me the 10 probably wouldn’t fit. I sent her my measurements for my wedding dress, and based on their chart, I would be a size 8 in my bust and waist and a 10 in hips. She offered to get all of my measurements and they could customize the dress. I told her if that is the case then they needed to make sure my dress would arrive the day before my pics so that if I needed to go to a Dept store for a backup dress that I still had time. I told her that was the reason I didn’t do it in the beginning because of long the process takes for customize dresses. I have never heard back from them. I received the chocolate dress this week and it fits perfectly. However, I need to be able to send the other two dresses back and get a refund. I will not be ordering from here again. A fun experience turned into a horrible experience. "
"I was reluctant at first to order my wedding dress online but I was so please to see after receiving it that it fit perfectly all around with the exception of the length. It was way too long but luckily my mother is a seamstress so it's all good! The dress was just as beautiful on me as it was on the model in the ad. :)

"Received the dress on Tuesday, emailed them Wednesday that we needed to return. They asked the same questions that their return policy already asked me for. Submitted again on Thursday with pictures. Then I get an email asking will I take at 13% refund. How do they even come up with these percentages. I just want the "hassle free" return they say they have and return it for a full refund. The dress is cheap and looks nothing like the picture. Very bad quality, staticky and the "sequins" stick to each other."
"I was pleased with the quality of the dress, but my daughter did not care for the style. Having followed the guidelines for a return, I didn't anticipate issues. After an initial response telling me to seek a local tailor or donate the dress, customer service has completely ignored my emails, trying to resolve the issue. The website makes it seem as though returns are possible, but based on the little information I have received, that does not appear to be the case. I have ordered in the past, and been pleased. I will not be ordering in the future, due to this experience."
