"I would not purchase online ever again. My experience once is enough to deter any future online purchase, from the bracelet, to its packaging to its delivery, all bad. I had to go to fed ex to pick it up because it was delivered earlier than it’s expected arrival and I was not home, it was sent in a baggie and placed in a necklace box. The bracelet itself... resembled jewelry that an old lady would wear, huge links, bright bright yellow. I went to the heltzberg store in the mall with the intention to at least get the right box for the bracelet, as it was a gift for someone and wound up spending 700 dollars more for a better looking bracelet and of course, the right box for presentation. So in the end, purchasing online didn’t save me a cent! Oh and don’t forget, I paid for shipping so that I wouldn’t have to wait until Xmas eve to get it and I still had to go and pick it up!"

Why bother asking size if you're not going to send the ring sized? I had to spend an extra $60 for the protection plan so the rings could be sized. What a scam!"

"I have been shopping Helzberg Diamonds for thirty years this was the first time I as disappointed. I ordered two items one round hoop earrings 14k yellow gold outside white gold inside this item was perfect. The other item I purchased was endura gold triangle tri color dangle earrings every where I looked in store and online showed the gold triangle ,then the silver triangle in center, followed by rose colored triangle on the bottom. Which makes the earrings sparkle off each other. I received the silver triangle on top, followed by the gold triangle, followed by the rose triangle. This is not as attractive and does not sparkle as pretty. With the gold and rose gold next to each other you can’t tell it is two different colors."

"The item I received was nothing like the item I purchased. I paid for expedited shipping to receive it by an important date. When I contacted customer service I was told to return the item to a nearby store. When I went to the store I was told that they could not refund the shipping or tax, only the item value. They told me to contact Customer Service again. When I contacted Customer Service I was told that since the item was shipped expedited (even though it was the wrong item), I would not be refunded the shipping charges. It will now be over a month from the purchase date until I receive the correct item (hopefully) yet I was charged expedited shipping. I feel like I'm being sent all over the place in hopes that I'll give up so Helzberg can keep my money."
