"Poor customer service and order experience. I ordered a gift for my wife, it showed available until I placed the order.

It said backordered until 12/22 - so ok, it would be a late gift, then I get a single email later in the month saying they now did not know when it would be in.

No offer to cancel and after that no updates at all! All I have received is offers to visit their site and order more.

I think they should not show items for sale they don't have and appear unable to get, more to the point, it would have been nice to receive updates on the status, maybe an offer to cancel or look at items that were similar and in stock.

Not impressed with this site, would not order from them again. Suggest you try other sites that are more customer focused.
