Horrible company. I don't know how they sleep at night.

"Like everyone else, I tried to return an unworn bra with tags, and they refused to take it back. They should state that they don't take merchandise back instead of pretending that they do. It's a SCAM."

Returns take forever to receive credit if I ever get my money back, I will be amazed.

"I returned 2 out of 3 items back to Her Room the day after receiving the order May 16th. Today is the 20th of June and have not received credit onto my credit card even though I was sent confirmation they had the return on the 8th of June. I have never had a credit not process immediately. This company is a horrible place to do business with. I will NEVER order from this company again. Amazon, you are still the best."

HerRoom Online Shopping is Absolutely Horrible!!!

"Only 1 of the last 9 bras I purchased during 2015 and 2016 came with the correct sizing. The HerRoom website either indicated UK sizing when both the UK and USA sizes for the particular items were the same, so the bras I received were too small, or the site didn't indicate UK sizing and when I thought I was ordering the USA size I got the larger UK fit. To make matters worse, I had requested shipping to a Caribbean country and HerRoom does not issue refunds for international shipping or pay for the returns. On the occasion when the one bra came in my size (which is one of the bigger cups and is only available from select manufacturers at a hefty price) the entire episode costed over USD $200, including shipping for delivery and the returned items so I could get a refund for the useless items. Also, I'm still "waiting" to hear from the member of the management team who was supposed to contact me in 2015. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT HERROOM AGAIN!"

Bra wouldn't even wrap around my body, but not allowed to return it becasue it looked like it had been worn???

"I received a bra in a sealed plastic bag. I tried in on over a tight shirt so as to avoid any smells, stains, etc. per their instructions. The bra band wouldn't even go around my body. My **** never even made it into the cups. I quite literally put it right back into the bag it came in just as it was and followed the return process to a T. I later received it back, and after a conversation with them, they stated that they could not accept the return because they had pics showing it had been worn and that the tags were missing. It did not have any tags on it when it came. When I told her this, I was told I should have called to state that it had no tags when I received it. How am I supposed to know to call if it doesn't have tags????? It was in a sealed plastic bag. I assumed I had done everything correctly as it was in the exact same condition I received it. A supervisor was conveniently not available, and she said she would put in a request for one to contact me within the next 24-48 hours, but it was not guaranteed that I would actually get a call back. Between the huffy puffy attitude of the woman on the phone, and them refusing a return on a bra that was out of the bag for literally 30 seconds and never even went around my body, I will NEVER be buying from these people again. Stay away!!!"

Buyer BEWARE of HerRoom.com

"I purchased a bra from HerRoom.com. Throughout the purchase process, HerRoom.com never stated the bra was nonrefundable. The customer reviews for the bra said it was refundable. When I tried to return the bra, HerRoom.com would not allow it. When I called Customer Service, I was hung up on several times. A company such as HerRoom (Tomima Edmark owner) that treats their customers with such disrespect is unacceptable."

"Refunds never given never purchase from them! SHAM OF A COMPANY.. I only tried on my purchase for 2 minutes fresh out the shower and they claim I had ketchup or mustard spots on the bra.. It was too big! They claim they have pics but would not send them to me! I assure you I have the returned bra and there is no stains! Oh and I hate ketchup & mustard isnt my fav! Just don't purchase! Sham of a company!
My bra still had the tags on it along with the bag attached with the shoulder straps. Its clearly not worn or used. I will never do business with these shysters again! Good Luck with these clowns!? Im out almost 60 bucks!

WORST COMPANY BY FAR!

"I find it really nice to use four letter words to an internet company in response to the 1000 word return policy I received when requesting an RMA. I liked it so much I reached deeper in my bag of profanity and pulled out the big guns as to show my true feeling about their policies. Since I am so happy in the way they responded, I am sending the whole order back.

I don't take kindly to a holes that try For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge me and lining up for "quality" reviews and maybe help from the BBB and States Attorney General.

2.2 ratting here, wow, big mistake for ever ordering anything from these clowns.

Buyer BEWARE IS RIGHT! SCAMMED!

"THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE RETAILER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY MANY YEARS OF ONLINE SHOPPING!
I bought two 3 Dots tees. After trying them on, I determined they were too small for me so I returned them both. I NEVER WORE THEM. I am very careful when I try clothes on in case I want to return.
THIS COMPANY RETURNED ONE BACK TO ME WITH A STAIN ON IT WHICH I DID NOT PUT THERE. with a note saying it was worn.
I believe they are scamming me. I HAD TO PAY $5.95 to ship my return back. Really UNHAPPY! DON'T SHOP HERE!

I have a serious concern with the cleanliness of the bras.
I just went to the doctor to be diagnosed with ringworm on my breast.
The bras are the only new/contaminated item that I have had on.
BBB has 110 reports against this company. I wish I did more research before I bought from this company. Like so many others here, I would suggest to never buy from HerRoom.

Good customer service experience

"I recently ordered a bra that had small snags in the fabric on the front. When I returned it through their RMA process I was charged $5.95 for using their label. I chatted with a rep on their website and explained the situation and she verified reason for return and refunded me the $5.95. The only think I wish they would have done differently is either automatically not charged me for return shipping when selecting defective and it was confirmed defective, or make it a requirement to contact customer service about returning defective merchandise. But over all I think their ordering and return process was very smooth. I was also very happy with the other bra I ordered and kept from my order. "

Buyer Beware!!!!!!

"I read their return policy Before I ordered from this company and felt all were reasonable. My mistake was not checking the reviews first. I ordered a bra and when it came I tried it on, the fit was very bad so I returned it, I paid the return postage with a tracking number as recommended by them. Seventeen days after they received the return, the web site says 3-5 days, I got a package in the mail with the bra in it. The note inside says it doesn't not meet their return requirements. All I did was try it on, right after I bathed, and return it, the tags were attached and original packaging were all included, I wore it less than 5 minutes. . Now this $42.00 bra and postage of $6.45 is mine to keep.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

No Integrity - Horrible Customer Service

"After returning a suit I never tried on Herroom refused to refund me due to a makeup stain on the suit. I know it was not from me. I didn't try it on. I was also able to remove it with a damp paper towel - so obviously they gave it no effort. The amount of complaints regarding the same problem with this company makes me highly suspicious. They are clearly looking for excuses to deny refunds. I used to be an avid purchaser from this company, but no more. Avoid at all costs."

What a bunch of crooks

"I returned something I tried on and took off in a matter of seconds. I received a confirmation that one of the returned items was received and then randomly got back the top portion of the bathing suit claiming that it has a "brown Stain" on the left seam and that the tags had been removed. (FYI the tag was inhabiting my trying on the bathing suit and was returned with the original package). There is NO brown stain. They claim they have photos but will not share them with me and are telling me that they will not refund my money. Looking at these reviews it appears that this is their M.O. I will NEVER order from this company again. $95 for a top is a lot of money to hold on to. If they do this to everyone they are making money illegitimately!"

"I have been a loyal and returning customer to herroom.com for years. It is one of the only places I can buy my bras.

I recently ordered a bra in the wrong size. My mistake. Once opening the package I realized the cup size was way too big! I immediately put the bra back in the box and took to UPS several days later. The company emailed stating they received my return and it could take several weeks to receive credit. Weird.

Around two weeks later with no email as a warning, I received the bra back with a generic note stating it was not able to be returned because of hygiene issues. Let me revisit, I DID NOT TRY THE BRA ON, I also have a smoke free home.

I immediately emailed customer service. The return email still did not explain why the bra was refused rather they stated they used several solution to get the stains out, and there was a note explaining this with the returned package. The note again was generic stating it was not returnable. The email also stated I could speak with management but the decision would not be overturned.

At this juncture I was extremely upset because I never put the bra on, there were no stains and the tags were still on the item in mint condition.

I then, "live" chatted with a representative who reviewed my order number and told me it was not returnable because of of a strong smell of body odor. At this point I was fuming, I barely touched the bra! The "live" chat representative told me I could speak with a manager but again, the decision would not be overturned, not even for an exchange.

I have asked several people to view the bra and smell the bra and not a single person can find anything wrong.

So the bra sits, smelling brand new off the shelf and I am left upset with a company I originally loved. I will make sure every review I can write gets this message. I am so disappointed I have been treated this way.

The customer service is horrible. I can with 100% certainty say this bra would be accepted as a return in every other store that sells it. It is in mint condition, never worn, touched once. Be aware before you buy ANYTHING from this company. I will never buy from them again and will make sure to stop everyone else I can from making a purchase from them.

*Every time I call to speak to a manager, they are "out of office." My phone number has been taken and I have been told I will receive a call but have yet to make contact.
