There was a problem at the beggining, because I ordered Topping D90 without MQA support, so I contacted them and asked if my order could be changed to include D90 with MQA support. Their costumer representative changed my order the way I wanted and offered me 50USD discount with fast DHL shipping free of charge. Shipment came in less then 2 weeks what is in the time of corona pandemic crisis very good. I contacted their support on 3 different occasions in this 2 weeks and everytime the response was swift and every issue I had was immediately resolved in my favor. At the end I was even offered discount code for my next purchase which is very nice and shows that they really care for their costumers. So I would give 5 out of 5 stars to costumer service. Besides that I haven't tried D90 yet so I won't write about quality of the product and I also think that others have covered this thoroughly."
