Somehow your system sent me a ford focus radio that once I noticed I called and talked to a rep that said it was too late to change. And if I could get a part number it would help. Your online system did not ask for a part number and I received a radio that looked right but had the wrong mounting brackets. I did go back to see if I made a error but no I did not. "

The rep told me it would come in a Kicker box so I ordered it over the phone with him instead of ebay since he said they were running a veterans day sale. I saved $10. Anyways, it came in a brown box, no Kicker box. I was very disappointed especially since I took the time to call your company and confirm.
