"Ordered kicker 4awg amp kit w/ 2 channel, 6 ft of blue 4awg kicker, and 4 ft grey 4awg kicker.
Every response was prompt and friendly.
Packaging was in a lightly padded envelope and the box for the amp kit box was damaged I assume from shipping.
Every useable item I got was in perfect condition and I received 5 ft of grey power wire, an extra foot btw.
I rate 5 stars, because wire isn't fragile and the light packaging was probably an effort to save material. I hope more fragile items are treated with more care, but I trust they would take the extra step in doing so.
I ordered on 1/22/13 and received my package 1/24/13.

"This company is garbage, I ordered a sub box for my truck on Christmas Eve it is now Jan 22 2013 and I still dont have my box, what happend was I ordered the wrong box but then I realized it was the wrong one an hour later so I sent an email explaining my mistake and telling them wich one I need; what do these idiots do? they go ahead and send me the one I just canceled and say the one I requested is out of stock until mid January, so I send the wrong item back to them and tell them to give me a refund and they say they dont do refunds on boxes. Are you kidding me? You charge my card after I cancel the order and then send me the wrong item and I cant get a refund? This is a joke right? So im still waiting, this company is a rip off and they also; I call and call and call and I cant get anyone on the phone, you can wait on hold for an hour and not get anyone. "Ordered this for my husbands truck. He installed it and I listened to it with him. The sound is amazing, it give the station and the name of the song. This was an inexpensive radio with high dollar sounds and tech. It has a cassett and cd player along with the am/fm.
