"This company threatened me, telling me they would credit my account ONLY IF I CHANGED MY REVIEW FIRST! They charged my card for a product they didn't have and had no ETA of getting. Spoke with Fred, he said he'd call me back and never did. When I called two days later to cancel because they STILL didn't have my product Fred told me they were gonna CHARGE ME 10% TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR MERCHANDISE THEY DIDN'T HAVE and couldn't deliver!!!! When I disapproved of the charge FRED HUNG UP ON ME! They would not credit my account AT ALL and I had to dispute the charge through Visa....suddenly they were able to contact me and many days & calls later, finally refunded my account. Poor customer service and shady busness practices."
