"I needed to replace the CD player in my Toyota Tundra. I had priced a replacement thru Toyota and was quite expensive and a very limited time warranty. Then I go to Auto radio repair store and they could not repair mine, but they suggested looking on E-Bay to find a replacement. In fact, they looked on E-Bay for me and directed me to the units that HiFi Sound Connection had that would fit my Tundra. Based upon the info and pictures provided by HiFi Sound Connection, I ordered the unit.They shipped the unit quickly as I received it within 4 business days. It was a direct swap out for the unit that came with my truck from the factory and it is working great as of today. I would do business with these folks again.

"I purchased and recieved a factory radio for a 2007 gmc yukon, the web site indicated that the dealer needed to program radio and that the cost was approximately $45.00. after installing the radio i spoke with 3 different dealers in my area and was advised that the cost was $110.00. an estimate is one thing but the cost was almost 3 times what web site indicated. secondly the radio that was sent to me was not compatible with my vehicle, per the dealer, they tried several times to program the radio but all said and done it would not work they indicated that it was the wrong raadio for this vehicle. the packaging that i recieved with the radio indicated that hifi sound connection had experienced technicians on hand to deal with issues and to call ***-***-****. i called this number over 30 times with no response (just to leave a message)at one point, the only contact i had was with a person named "ben" as i was explaining my problem we were suddenly disconected , i left messages with customer service, sent an email, and sent info to online support, this was all done on 5-25-2010. the only response i have recived was on 5-28-2010 by email was a return form. i have waisted money and time and recieved zero customer service/support. as far as i am concerned this web site is a scam and i will let it be known.

06-07-2010 i guess the only response that hifi sound connection has is that in their area the dealers charge allot less, great for them, what about customer service or lack there of and the so called technicians that are supposed to be on hand to help or how about the fact that they sent a radio that is not compatible with the vehicle and that i paid for shipping, installation and then had to pay a dealer who was not able to program the radio. i can only assume they did not read the entire comment that i made in regards to this transaction, or they would not have gone on about how much less it was for their radio that oh, by the way still does not work. maybe if they cared enough about their customers to just answer their phone or return a call or e-mail some of this may have been avoided, save some money, spend more elsewhere and at least get a working result.
