"Boy these guys are annoying, sending me an email asking me to review them here. So what if I got a great deal on JL Audio speakers for a fraction of the cost on ebay and that they sent them fast (no shipping charge too) and they sent tons of email telling me it shipped and when it would arrive and contact numbers if there were any problems. And of course they arrived new in the box as described, they sound great and I have no complaints whatsoever. But does that mean I want to write a review about them here. You Betcha. "This is a company that could care less about customers. I hope that this review will help others avoid the grief this company creates for their customers. If you read most of their responses on this web site they seem to think the customer is wrong.
In my case they billed my Visa the day I placed my order and did not make a shipment for almost 60 days. If that was not bad enough, they shipped the wrong item on purpose! Then they don't answer the phone or your emails requesting it be resolved.
With this all said, don't just take my word for it, read below what the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General have to say about this horrible company.

06/21/10 Response to their lies on their response on 06/18/10! First of all if they spent as much time taking care of customers as they do covering their ^(#*# they would not have all of these complaints, their are plenty of companies that have hundreds of thousands of transactions that don't have a "F" rating with the BBB. They say they have resolved all the BBB complaints, wrong, they have 10 unresolved and 5 no response. You will also notice they do not mention the Missouri Attorney General. They still have 19 complaints that go back as far as August of 2007, and none have been resolved. Then they tell me to call or email to resolve the problem, that is one of the problems they don't call me back or answer my emails requesting they resolve the issue. They must think people are stupid!
As I said in my first review, don't take my word for their horrible record, check with the BBB or the Missouri Attorney General. Then you can see the truth with your own eyes!
06/25/10 update: Well, as they suggested I contacted them again, twice, by email and no response. So as you see they just reply with rhetoric, with no intentions to resolve their issue.

"I have purchased two Gemini GSM-1585 last December. I got them on January 6 but unfortunately one of them broke during the shipping (thanks UPS!). I left a negative comment on their Ebay profile to show I was not satisfied with this transaction, mostly due to their uber-long reply time.
So I ship the broken one back and they promised to send me a replacement one for free. After a month of harassing them (well, I sent an email about every 4-5 days) they tell me they won't ship it until I change my feedback to positive. The thing is, they have never sent any feedback change request, how could I change it? They kept blackmailing me that if I don't change my feedback they won't ship my replacement speaker. And we are now, June 2010 and they have just stopped replying to my emails. When I finally decide to put curse words in my email (5 months of waiting!) they reply and say they cannot assist me if I choose to speak to them in that manner.
Now they got away with $119.95 out of my pocket and have completely stopped replying to my emails. I have tried multiple times to call them, never got an answer.
EDIT: 3 working days later and they still did not reply, I'm pretty sure they just blocked me and got away with my money.
EDIT: June 29th and still no response from them. They got away with my money, and don't even want to communicate with me. I've waited 6 months so far... How long am I going to have to wait to have this issue fixed?"
