"I have proof that HIFISOUND connection does have adequate customer service and will return your item. On April 13th I recieved my loaded sub box and amplifier. I was in college at the time so I waited to install and the day finally came to install and we found out right away that the amp was toast :( but i immediately called HIFI sound to start the process and was met by unanswered call and after unanswered call...and started to think the worst bc of all the other reviews out there. But i was calm every email and every call and eventually got through on email to BEN, and Thomas is shipping. if i were you i would dial 1 for sales not customer service. The communications could have been sped up just a tad, but i realized im not dealing with walmart or someone down the street, im dealing with a SMALL business that has probably less than 10 employees and they are pulling off what they are now. Sure mistakes happen and it sucks but a blown amp to me was replaced by the 90 day inhouse warranty and was sent within 1 week, which is half the time the company said it would take. I will give the customers that complain about the lack of communication a little credit it is difficult to get through sometimes but everyones got a COMPUTER....use it, or its an excuse to use your blackberry. but all the horror stories i truely believe are from either people freaking out on the phone and telling them to die or HIFI sound is going to burn, stuff you would say at walmart but just relax...if you want instant gratification and your product faster than 3 days, then go to a authorized dealer and pay the difference and maybe have a tv dinner since you cant wait for simple things that take time. THANKS again BEN in shipping not my customer service rep...but shipping guy you were awesome and got the ball rolling after about 30 non answered calls....YOU KICK ASSS...
