"I ordered a sub box that holds 2 12" subwoofers for a 2008 Silverado (New body style). They fit perfect and work great. The shipping was extremely fast and packing was great. I would definitely buy from them again."

"Absolutely horrible customer service!! I ordered an amplifier on the 16th of March and have yet to receive it. After numerous emails and calls to customer service, I finally received a return email 3 weeks later telling me the item was on back order and should be in stock within 2 weeks or so. Is it just me or is someone's math a little off? So here it is a little over a month after I placed my order and still haven't received my item. At this point I don't even want it. Which I stated in my response to the email I received...which of course went unanswered. I am fed up with the so called 5-star customer service, and will be pursuing legal action.

Update: 4/20/2009 Amazingly I received a call back only 12 hours or so after posting this review. I was told they would process my refund today due to the fact that they can't find the item I ordered anywhere, however...they asked that I changed my review because it's important to them to have good reviews. I promptly told the guy that I shouldn't have had to post it in the first place, and that I would not change it... At which point he hung up on me....real winners over there. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Update: 5/5/09 I just saw your response Darren... if by notifying my right away, you mean you finally let me know once I was able to get in touch with you three weeks after my order you are correct. I did say I could wait, when I was told it would only be another two weeks. It was not. As of this date, I still have NOT received a refund!!

Update: May 22, 2009 12:00 p.m. Surprise, surprise!!! I have yet to receive a refund over two months after placing the order and almost a full month after that worm Darren posted a response on here saying I would. How about that five star customer service....what a f@cking joke!!!

Update: 22 May 2009 12:30pm I finally got someone one phone!! I spoke to a very nice gentleman by the name of Jay, and he informed me that my order was never turned over to the refund dept. and that he would be happy to handle that for me, and I should see a refund within a week. Thank you Jay for being the only apparent bright spot at that miserable company.

Update Jun 2, 2009: Well looks like Jay let me down as well!! I never received my refund. I did however receive the wrong amp! Of course I can't get anyone on the phone to see about returning it!

Update Aug 12th: Well I finally got in touch with someone about returning the wrong merchandise. I sent it back, making sure to get a confirmation notice so they couldn't pull the "we never got it trick" and surprise, surprise....still no refund!!! I tried calling them several times with no luck. Finally I left a message which of course was a waste of time. Now...not only have I yet to receive a call back, email or anything else...their d@mn voice mail box is full. Imagine that!!! I say again....do not order from this company....you'll regret it!!!

"Ordered some Stinger 1/0 Ga. battery power cable from these guy's... They sent me 10 Ga. cable instead. Followed their directions to send an email with my invoice number, explaining the problem... I've yet to receive a reply... Don't bother trying to phone into customer support.. you won't get an answer.. Luckily for me my purchases from these clowns were small... don't waste your time or money with these guy's

Update.... HiFiSound sent me the replacement cable, Too bad it was the same wrong gauge cable they sent me the first time.... Looks like you folks will need to send me two RMA's now for shipping me the wrong stuff twice. I ordered 1/0 (One / Zero) Ga. you folks sent me 10 (Ten) Ga. again, and I never received the first RMA.

"Purchased Q-Logic kick panels in doeskin color, arrived the wrong color. E-mailed their so-called "5-star" customer service department and was given the complete runaround: "You have to contact Q-Logic", "we just send what is ordered". If I buy speakers from you, do I have to go back to the manufacturer to correct a problem or do I go where I bought the item from? Several unanswered e-mails, calls and messages left, no responses. Even disconnected me on one call. The WORST customer service I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. Darren, Aaron and HFSC, you need to revise your self-proclaimed glowing customer service descriptions in your auctions and website with this description: "If you have any problem at all with your order, don't bother calling us, call the manufacturer." Save some web space. The arrogance of this company to tell me this is unbelievable. Good thing your store is nowhere near me, you'd need the police to remove me from the store till I get some buyer satisfaction. Never again. I dare you to try and contact me after your superiors read their company's gushing review.


Darren, you jellyfish. #1, I never threatened anyone. #2, A refund was only offered after you read my negative feedback on e-bay and begged for a retraction (within the hour), which I gave since you gave me the items for no cost. #3, You did not do everything you could to try and resolve the problem. Your attempts at reconciliation were reactionary after you had seen that I, as demonstrated by others leaving poor reviews on this site, were not going to sit by while your company claimed no responsibility for terrible service. Had you done everything you could, I would not have given a bad review or bad feedback. And #4, as I expected, your reply is just another attempt, like so many other of your replies on this site, to deflect any blame onto the customer for your own inefficiencies. I ordered what I ordered and if it wasn't right, you needed to make an attempt to fix it, not push me off to the manufacturer. How ludicrous.

I suspect that your policies will not change and for that reason you will continue to receive these scathing reviews until you wake up and realize what most other companies do - that a customer is deserving of the type of service that reflects company values that do not treat their customers as if they are doing us a favor by selling to us. You guys should be ashamed.

Update:

Again I am sorry you had a problem ordering the correct color for your vehicle. These items are custom made per car and per color. Once you have used and installed the product there is nothing we can do with them. We refunded you most of your purchase price to help you deal with the color you ordered in error. In the future I would advise you to shop at local retail shops where it may make the buying process easier for you.

As far as our reviews we are very proud of them. The vast majority of our customers are very happy with us. We are also rated well above the average stores on this site. Average is 7.92 and we are 8.38. Again I am sorry this happened but you have now basically gotten the product for free and you are still upset so I am not sure what else we can do to help.
