"The character of any company is demonstrated in how they handle complaints. These guys have severe problems with this. They do have great prices on the items they carry in stock, but they offer items on their site they cannot seem to get. I had selected some of those items. In my case they would not get me specific information on my back ordered items. 4 Written requests for refund were ignored. Several requests for a manager to call me were ignored. Fully 2 months after i placed my order, exchanged 54 emails and placed more than 75 calls i finally put a scathing review online. I was called later that day and they processed a refund, although it will take a few days to show at my bank. These guys have severe issues with dealing with problems. you may be alright if they have the item in stock."

"My item was defective. Took forever to get an RMA #....I had to call and email several times and then the responses I received didn't even apply to my request. It took over a week for a replacement to be shipped out after they received my item back and again, poor communication on their end trying to get a tracking number. Will not buy from here again."

"i ordered a few products from hifisound connection and it was one of the worst experiences i have every incountered when ordering products online. they are nearly impossible to get a hold of, i got hung up on multipule times and lied to just to keep me from cancelling my order. it took me over three weeks to get a sub and amp which happened to be on back order. two weeks of which they they decided it was not important to inform of this. so in the end i ended up with everything i want a sting cap which was cracked a kicker amp which was all scratched up and a and a L7 which was fine "

"I ordered a dual 12" Sub woofer box from HIFI Sound Connection for my 2006 Chevy Avalanche. First off, the box did not fit in my truck, the measurements are way off. I was getting my system installed by a professional, so I asked them to try and fit the box in my truck. Even after trimming the edges and fitting it into the truck, the box was still too wide at the bottom, and the seats wouldn't go back all the way. When they managed to get the seats to go back, the sub woofers were right up against the back of the seats, preventing them from working at all. Even after trimming the box to fit, it was still made wrong and there was no way it would've worked. I am dissapointed in this product. The website claims that this box will fit both Avalanche and Escalade models for '06. That is incorrect! By the time I made the modifications, it would've been too late to return this product. I wasted $150. Don't be that guy! I ended up having custom boxes made for under the back seat, a much better idea! "

"Ordered $600.00 worth of marine audio equipment. Kicker Tower speakers did not work. When I contacted the store, they said they would refund my money minus a large restocking fee. Contrary to their store ad, they refused to exhange the speakers and said I needed to contact Kicker. I drove up to Missouri and found the Superstore location. A mailbox at a UPS store. I left negative feedback at Ebay and received a note from the store saying they MAY help me if I remove the negative feedback. I would rather just work with Kicker and not have any further dealings with these cheats. I wonder how many customers they screw with these restocking fees. Probably resell the same bad equipment."

I am sorry you had a problem with you speakers however we are an authorized dealer and they have a valid warranty. All you had to do was send them in with the RA you were given. We operate out of a 38,000sqft facility and process 1000's of orders a week. Please contact us and we will get this resolved for you.
