"On Wednesday, 07/16/2008 10:48AM I placed an order online with HiFi Soundconnection for a total of $101.17. Within 2 weeks I received my order and shortly after I found out one of the items I ordered was defective and another item was not the item I order but an item of lesser value. So per their return policy I requested a return authorization (RA). One was granted on 8/14/08 10:06 Am and within 30 day I mailed the package and waited. after several calls, (and at some point they blocked my cell phone # because every time I call from it I get a recording stating "the mail box is full, goodbye".) and emails I finally spoke with someone mid November his name was Tony and he told me my return was received and asked me what I would like to do. So I said well I would like the defective item replaced with a new one and I asked if I could exchange the other item returned for something else and he said that was fine. I told him what items I wanted and he said they would ship out that day. On December 3rd about 4pm I picked up my replacement order from ups opened it up and they sent me a replacement of lesser value and failed to send out my second item I requested in place of the wrong item they sent at first. Since yesterday I have been trying to contact them on the phone but I never get my phone call returned. I am finally fed up with these people after almost 5 months of dealing with them. I have filed a complaint with Paypal, IC3 and the Better Business Bureau with whom I am also a member.
