"I placed an order for kick panels on Nov 11 and I received an email confirming my purchase. I emailed Hi Fi Sound Connection on Nov 17 since I had not heard the status of the order and whether it had shipped. I didn't receive an email response, so I called their customer service. I was informed that they did not have the item in stock. I asked for a refund and was told the amount would be refunded in a day or two. On Dec 1, I had still not received a refund, so I emailed them again asking about the status of the refund. When I did not get an email response, I called their customer service again. I was told that the company that makes the item went out of business so they were having problems processing refunds and I would need to wait. I informed them that I had been waiting for two weeks and needed the refund now. I told the representative that I would dispute the change with my credit card if I did not receive the refund. Then the respresentative hung up on me and further calls to the company result in a message stating "Hello. The mailbox is full. Thank you. Goodbye." Today I have disputed the charge with my credit card and am in the process of making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company."
