"I just reported them to google and plan on reporting through the BBB next. I ordered a couple of battery terminals and a Alpine head unit through them on the 5th of October. I received the batt terminals, but not the head unit within a week of initial order. The box was in bad shape when I got it and the head unit was missing with no invoice, so I refused the order until I could contact them. I called right after UPS left and got right through. The lady on the phone told me that the head unit was on back order and they don't send invoices unless the order is completed in full. That was funny, because according to what they submitted to Google, they order was completed in full. I checked the weight of the shipment on UPS with the weight of the head unit and confirmed the head unit was not to be included. I've since called multiple times and sent several e-mails. The first two e-mails were responded to saying the head unit would be received within a few days and shipped out to me. I've waited and still not received an update. I recently tried to call...spent all day on the phone until someone FINALLY picked it up. The lady on the phone told me she would check on status and placed me on hold. About 2-3 minutes later, the call was disconnected. I thought this might've been a simple mistake and tried to call again. Now I constantly get a message saying this mailbox is full and then hangs up on me. I had my father call and he went through the same thing. He called, got hold of someone, placed him on hold, now his number is blocked. I'm going to try a third time from work tomorrow to see how it goes again. I failed to look into their customer service prior to order and have been led on a path of lies. I hope that someone else considering purchasing sees this and is prevented the hassle we've been through. I've already left a review on this site with these same feelings. "

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! I purchased a sub and amp combo almost 3 weeks ago and have not yet received the amp. After NUMEROUS emails to find out the status, followed by numerous rude and offensive emails, they finally reply that the amp is on backorder. I repeatedly sent emails to them demanding a refund of the purchase price, only to get back extremely rude and unprofessional emails. After I asked that my original purchase price be refunded in full for the unreceived items, they reply that they will send the amp once its in stock. Am I speaking in a foreign language here?? My credit card company has opened an investigation and I WILL get my money back. If you value your time and blood pressure, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!"
"im not sure about there electronics but this company is absolutely horrible! they sent me the wrong box for the wrong sub with the wrong dimensions LATE! i even sent e-mails before my box was built to make sure they had the right specs because they advertised both the dual and single subwoofer box for the L7 at the exact same specs. even still after i sent numerous e-mails trying to sort out what specs i would be getting they didnt answer my questions. the only answer i got was just as a sufficient as "thank you drive through". then when i called i liked the fact that the customer service rep was yelling at me. i would never recoomend this company or buy from it again. they give ebay a bad name."

"I placed my order on Sept 23, 2008 and within a couple of days an email from Darren showed up stating my order is on back order. I called their (So called) Customer Service to see what the status of my order was and to possibly pick something else. After speaking to LISA on the phone for a little while I was unable to find something else that would work for me. So, I asked her to cancel my order (That is when it went downhill) She started to rush me off the phone and tell me that she would keep it on back order and I responded that I would still like to cancel my order and I would buy it locally. She then started screaming at me and said “F### you” (Couldn’t believe it) and hung up on me! I tried to call them back but, somehow they blocked my number. I called from a different number and it went thru but no one will answer! DO NOT DO BUSSINESS with these people if you know what’s good for you!!! BTW I just got through on the phone again and now they are blocking this number also!! Buyer Beware!!!!!! I just don't get why they have to use these types of tactics to make money. A happy customer will do return business.
For the past twelve years I have worked for the local Sheriff Department and I have this thing about people taking advantage of other people. I know this isn't an isolated incident with this company! I have an email that they sent to me stating that I cursed them out. I tell you I am willing to testify in court that DID NOT happen! (Unless asking for a refund is cursing someone out.)

"Placed an order for Dynamat and speakers on July 7th. Dynamat came on the 11th speakers were back ordered. I called and cancelled the back order, then emailed 3 times and finally got a confirmation from Tony that the order was cancelled on the 15th. Now I started to try to get my money back. Tony kept saying it was in the works, but then they shipped the speakers on August 28th which I refused and sent back. Now I was to get credit when they got them back which was the 3rd and I got some credit today the 20th. They took out shipping and restocking saying I cancelled the order after it was shipped???? Cancelled on July 15th, shipped on August 28th, I must be missing something. I even had PayPal in on this but that didn't help one bit. I wish I had found this site sooner. "
