I've been buying all my laptops from HIDEvolution. Mainly because they ship internationally since I live in Dubai and accept PayPal payments even for international orders whereas other companies will only accept credit card or wire transfer for international orders but no PayPal.
I love the customization they offer on all laptops and most importantly, the thermal upgrades. Nowadays laptops have very fast CPUs but in turn, they generate a lot of heat causing the laptop to overheat and thus, thermal throttle. The cooling upgrades they offer such as the upgraded thermal paste and thermal pads which they apply on heat sensitive components inside the laptop helped tremenedously.
I've been buying laptops from them since 6 years ranging from Alienware, MSI, and Clevo and they've all worked flawlessly out of the box.
Additionally, most companies will require you to send the laptop to them for any warranty claims and you've have to pay for shipping which is very expensive but HIDevolution offers a global warranty which covers shipping costs so one time when I did have a problem with the keyboard on my Clevo P870DM3 laptop, they sent me a courier guy to my home to pick up the laptop and send it back to them. They replaced the keyboard and sent me the laptop backc and I didn't have to pay anything as it was covered in the global warranty. It couldn't get more convenient really even if you bought a laptop locally you'd have to drive up yourself to the service center to drop it off then pay another visit to collect it once it's done.

"I've bought two systems from HIDEvolution, and both times they have been excellent to work with. The pricing and service has always been fair considering the high-touch nature of what they do. Both laptops have exceeded my expectations and their customer service and tech support has been excellent to work with the few times I've needed it. I'm glad to know if I need system maintenance or cleaning, I can send them my PC and they will take great care of it. Buying a system from HIDEvolution is a bit like buying art - you're making an investment in something that should last for a long time.
The one thing I recommend to anyone looking to buy from HIDEvolution is - be patient. It's not an overnight process. Let them benchmark and burn-in your system, the QA Checks are totally worth it so you don't get a bum computer. It may take a few weeks to a month, maybe a little more (depending on chip shortages and back orders and if the system you want is even released to market yet) to get your PC in your hands, but it will be worth the wait, I promise.

"I bought an MSI laptop last November that was souped up by HIDevolution and sold by Newegg. After about 7 months it started acting up. Dealing with MSI online tech support didn’t resolve the issue and they asked me to send it to their repair center so they could look at it. Well, after 3 1/2 weeks they contacted me to say the problem was a non OEM (original equipment of manufacturer) so that MSI couldn’t do anything for me. The problem was an SSD that HIDEVOLUTION had installed. So I contacted HIDEVOLUTION and they were bending over backward to help. They said give us the RMA number from MSI and we’ll have them ship it directly to us. Too late, MSI Had already shipped it back to me. HIDEVOLUTIONs idea was we’ll send you two new SSDs and you install them and ship the old ones back. (All postage paid by them) so that’s what we did. Well, laptop still wasn’t working quite right, so I contacted HIDEVOLUTION again (Gina was quite helpful) and they gave me an RMA number and I shipped it to them to “tune up”. There again, postage paid by HIDEVOLUTION. So after 13 calendar days, the laptop was back in my hands and working great. So my thanks to HIDEVOLUTION for their great support and especially to Gina, for being my point of contact. "

"This is what I got....EVOC High Performance Systems P750TM-R - 15.6" FHD 144Hz / QFHD 60Hz - i7-9700K - RTX 2070 and it is by far the best computer/laptop I will ever own. The experience from the first time I talked to Donald to the day it arrived at my door was first rate and worthy of the 5 star rating. They kept me informed of the process and what was happening with updates. They answered my questions when I had them during that process.

"Final Update: 02/26/2021 The team did get the RAM sent out yesterday and it arrived this morning. Ted stepped in at the end (who has always been wonderful to deal with) and ensured that things were resolved and he also provided us a generous gift. At this time my overall experience, because of their support, remains as three stars - though in the end my issue was fully resolved. It just took longer than desired.
Update: 02/25/2021 one of the laptops arrived with 64Gb of RAM DOA. I've spent months back and forth with their support, sometimes weeks between exchanges (initially some delay on my side) identifying the problem. Once it was identified I shipped the memory back and a month after they've received it (01/27/2021), promised overnight shipping AFTER I followed up, again (02/05/2021) I still do not have the memory. The sales team was great... their support is terrible. Given the amount of money we spent and the time that has gone into getting a single memory stick replaced I can't recommend them and will not return for our next purchase.
Ted worked with me as I ordered a pair of gaming laptops that totaled around $11k. He was great in assisting with the configuration, providing updates, and refunding the cost of unused services. I will definitely work with them again in the future."
"I wanted to provide you some feedback for my Window’s Tweak session with Max that I purchased from HIDevolution. In short, it was outstanding! I am an IT Professional with four decades of experience, and even I was impressed. I heard about the service from a fellow IT Professional that used it for her customers, and I decided to give it a try based on her recommendation.
The engineer, Max, is highly skilled, relatable and very efficient. He thoroughly installed the group policies and registry tweaks necessary to git rid of bloatware, disable data collection and privacy intrusions, install anti-virus and create a restore image. In addition, he installed a better search function, a uninstall utility that actually works and an image creator — just to name a few of the improvements I noticed. The session was easy to initiate and the workflow was smooth and enjoyable. It took about two hours.
My system performance improved markedly — boot time went from about a minute and a half to under 30 seconds. Prior to the cleanup, I was concerned that my laptop would not perform adequately for my virtual reality system. It was struggling to perform on Beat Saber, Elvin Archer and Elite Dangerous(!!!). After the tweaks, they work perfectly. This was a significant improvement that is repeatable, as he left me with a clean image that allows me to restore my laptop should that become necessary in the future.

I had questions - their rep on chat answered them in such a way that it gave me confidence in spending $4200 on a workstation with HIDEvolution. They gave me a date that they said it would be shipped - and I believe that they did better than a week earlier (and it was over the holidays). Because of a mistake I made on the shipping address, the laptop was sent to a different address. Ted personally drove down to the Fedex warehouse where it was being held at, and had it shipped to the correct address. You don't see that happen very often these days.
