Great Customer Experience

"This is my first time purchasing a laptop that is well over $ 2,500.00 and to do so online as well. I was really hesitant at first and a lot of my friends are discouraging my because mainly I'm not residing in the US and it might get troublesome if at some point there would be a problem with shipping and import taxes.

I can proudly say the customer experience I had with several of HIDevolution's staff is amazing. They cleared all my doubts. Everything written on their website is what you get and very informative at that, Kudos! Even queries about import taxes and shipping estimates were very clear before the time of my purchase.

I had to wait a few weeks to be informed that my laptop arrived in their shop, so the waiting game is really with the manufacturer and not from HIDevolution themselves. It only took 5 days to be exact, 1-2 days for customizing the laptop and testing then 3 days for the international shipping. This was not even express you guys! Kudos once again!

Now comes the product itself, so I chose an Alienware 17 inches laptop with specs that some PC enthusiasts would say "midrange" which is very fine by me. Laptop arrived in very good condition, they even printed my short birthday message to my wife which was one of my requests. There was no issue whatsoever with the laptop and it has the same specs as I chose. Thank you so much!

I have already, and will continue to recommend HIDevolution to my friends for any laptop purchases, most especially for gamers - in the future. In case I'd be upgrading my wife's laptop, 100% sure I'll order from HIDevolution again.

Great Customer Service

"I recently ordered a custom Razer Blade 15 Advanced RTX 2080/4K OLED Edition (2020) In which I ordered it to have 64GB of Premium RAM and a 4TB SSD Storage along with other Custom Options. I ordered this Laptop primarily for work as a Video Editor and Photographer and then occasional games when unwinding. It was a Pre Order so i figured I was going to have to wait a few weeks to a month. Since I made the order in the middle of May and the Laptop would become available in June but no specific date. So I waited until the first week of June to message Customer Support to ask about the progress. That was when I got a reply a day later saying they are waiting for the RAM to arrive so they can install it along with the other ordered changes. They also said they were willing to instead install Standard 64GB that they had available at the time if I wanted to get the Laptop sooner. I replied saying that I didn't mind waiting for the Premium. After that, they kept me informed of the progress and answered any questions I had quickly. The Customer Service was great and showed that they care for their Customers and are very informal. The Laptop is now shipped and will be arriving tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing what this thing can do thanks to the skilled and helpful crew of HIDevolution."

Just save your money.

"I ordered a gx502 from Asus after 2 months of use the motherboard burnt out. After 2 months they got the laptop back to me and it was unusable for which I purchased it would just drop frames constantly. After the tech decided it needed to go back again after having it for a few days from the first repair they decided it needed another motherboard. Here I am 6 months of owning it warranty half over and only 2 months of use and still waiting for it to be fixed. I use it for college as I had stated many times in the phone calls and emails. I was told of a return they would do but the owner said the gentleman wasn’t authorized but will give me 2 day shipping for “sympathizing” with my stituation and would not allow any type of return (as I had asked about the first time this happend) or solution to this problem. I had to buy a different laptop just for college now. Everything is all nice till they get your money then you are nothing. *update* Donald and Vivian is are great and one of the only reasons it got resolved issue wise. I still had to go through all this with the owner and still detest dealing with him. If you do decide to order I suggest keeping it between you and Donald and contacting him only. "

Great Customer Service

"I had such a great experience working with Ted an HIDevolution to fulfill my IT business needs. The sales experience and customer service was amazing. I was purchasing a custom laptop that was not cheap and very top of the line... Ted could have pushed for the even more expensive laptop and I would have bought it, but he broke down the specs and caveats which helped make my decision and on top of it, handled things every step in the way to ensure that it was completed and shipped to me within the week and asked.

I would not only recommend shopping there for all of your personal or business IT needs, but I will make future purchases from that company.

Gaming Laptop (Asus Rog G14)

"I was really glad to worked with Kevin and Ted when pre-ordering my Asus ROG Zephyrus G14. Even though I have waited for about 2 months for the laptop due to everything which is going on now, I finally received it and I am very happy with the laptop. The customer service was awesome. Despite me venting my frustration on them every single week, they still assisted me with patience and provided me all the support I needed even when there is some problem with my payment. Their custom build was also exceptionally fast from getting the laptop to re-pasting the thermal paste, checking the system and preparing to ship within 3 days. "

"I was very stressed at the beginning because of the delay that kept on being added to the ETA of the Msi gs66, had to wait a month or so to finally get it to come to their stocks, and the customisation was really fast, i could receive my laptop 10 days afterwards or so"

Best customer service, Best Purchase, Best Overall Experience.

"This is my first time buying a laptop from them, hopefully my review benefits those who lives outside of US and also anyone who has the same questions below.

Is it your first time buying a gaming laptop?
You found out that buying in the US is cheaper than your country?
Can’t decide which one of the reseller to choose from?
Want your laptop to be customized?
You want your product to be shipped by DHL or Fedex instead of USPS?
Don’t know which custom computer reseller to trust?
You have requirements and budget for your laptop?

HIDevolution is the best answer for all the question above!

They provide best customer service and they specialised in building high end customised laptop and dekstop! and also they provide FREE lifetime technical support so you don't have to worry and a 2.5% discounts for purchases using cash and bank transfer!
But one thing people who lives outside of US must keep in mind is that patience is very important, you will have a different time zone and also they are quite busy sometimes so there’s a little bit of delay in replying your emails, don't get upset quickly, give them the time and they will reply all your questions as soon as they can and also don’t hesitate! just ask them whatever you want to know and they will give you the answer.

Last but not least, I got my laptop from a sales person named Ted K, he’s the best, very friendly guy and will give you the best advice for your purchase.

"I worked with Donald while preordering my Asus Zephyrus G15 laptop. He was extremely helpful and willing to address all of my questions and concerns (there were several!!) This laptop was on preorder with an early to mid may shipping date and Donald worked his magic and had it on my doorstep on April 24th. GREAT SERVICE

"DONALD STRATTON can make things happen at HIDevolution.
Make sure you deal w/Donald when you order your device. He was able to figure out a way to deal with logistical problems and make them go away. Mind you this is a highly sought after laptop (ASUS TUF A15 506) which has amazing reviews and the AMD cpu is killer. Due to Covid and the Tuf 506 popularity this device is super hard to find. But Donald worked his magic and made it happen for me. I'm sure he will do the same for you.


I'm now super happy that the laptop I ordered now will be delivered AHEAD of plan.

Great repair experience!

"My laptop from HIDEvolution had a screen problem. I sent it back for repair, and after 3.5 weeks got the laptop back with the new screen, working all perfectly, despite COVID-19 being well under way. Throughout the process they were pretty transparent (though sometimes it would take several days to take a response on status check), so I will buy from them again!"

Excellent & Professional Service

"I sent an enquiry email to HIDevolution when I was just planning to purchase a new thin & light high-end gaming laptop. Ted K responded to my enquiry and answered all my questions. I gave him my budget and had a couple of models/brands in mind and Ted gave his opinion on my choice of laptop. Ultimately, I settled for the Razer Blade 15 144Hz i7-8750h RTX 2080 model (Early 2019). I also had it customized with Liquid Metal cooling, which Ted K highly recommended.

A few days after I placed my order, Razer announced an updated version of the RB15 with an i7-9750H and 240Hz screen (Mid 2019). I sent Ted an email if I could still change my order to the newer version and he said yes! I had to wait an extra week or so because of the just-announced model. Finally, my laptop was shipped and arrived quickly at my doorstep. All in all my purchase experience was very pleasant and straightforward and I would highly recommend HIDevolution to anyone looking to purchase a laptop.

I have read mixed reviews regarding Razer's customer service and chose to purchase an extended warranty through HIDevolution. A $3k+ laptop needs top-notch warranty & support and HIDevolution has my back.

5 STARS for service & shipping speed. I will definitely choose HIDevolution for my next laptop purchase,

Friendly but unreliable

"Very friendly people but very slow to respond when issues arise.

I bought a laptop from them but had to return it because I ordered the incorrect one. They accommodated me with the return but this was when problems arose. I requested a gaming laptop for the processing power, most have, and long battery life for said power. They told me they would get a laptop out to me in the time I needed but when that time came I received a call. They told me they were not able to get the laptop I requested and they gave me some alternative options. We went thru the options and I clearly asked about the processing and battery. They assured me it was a great computer. I got the computer and there have been nothing but annoying issues. The worst issue is the battery will not charge fully and dies within an hour of normal Word document writing and minimal web surfing. Now, no one from the office is answering my calls or emails. They said they would send me a repair RMA form before Thanksgiving and a month later still nothing. No email or calls. As it stands I would not recommend this company!
