"I first came across HighSpeedPC about two years or so ago back when round cables were really just starting to be the 'thing' to have inside your 'puter. I was impressed then with the array of products specifically tailored to the hardcore computer geek. I order my first round cables from them and received excellent quality cables that I still have in use today. Fast forward to now and I went looking for heatsinks for my 9700 NP. I recently flashed the cards BIOS so that I can run it like a 9700 Pro and overclock it for better performance. I found them at HighSpeedPC and order their "RAMsinksBGA" along with some Arctic Alumina Adhesive. The next day (Labor Day) I notice that the same part was in their "Bargain Bin" for $4.00 less so I email them at their support email requesting info and possible switch. To my surprise within an hour (remember this is Labor Day!) I find a reply from Scott at HighSpeedPC explaining that the bargain bin sinks were, in fact, the same heatsinks but in damaged packaging. He went on to write that they would be more than happy to switch out the ordered sinks for the bargain bin sinks and credit my credit card. I received the sinks today (3 days travel time from Ohio to here in Tampa, FL) and everything came in great shape. These folks will remain on my short-list of resellers and deserve the 10.0 rating from ResellerRatings.com"

"Overall I'd give them an A+. Although they goofed when shipping my purchase, they quickly admitted their mustake and refunded me my shipping cost. I have delt with many other online vendors and have heard many BS excuses, such the placing blame on the shipping company, being out of stock, or their website not being up to date. "This is my first purchase at "HighspeedPC.com", and I am very pleased. First of all the "XP Multiplier Unlocking Kit" I found is an overclocking item that isn't found in every online store, and this particular 'kit' is the best quality of all that I looked at, and for the same price as the lesser products. Also, there is plenty of instructions and online help with using the kit. Besides the price being attractive, the shipping cost was actually $5 less than other places. I hate buying a $10 item and then having to pay an $8 shipping cost for just putting the item in an express envelope and dropping it in the mailbox! "HighSpeed PC.com" did not do that which was another big reason I am so happy with them. They charged me what I believe is about the cost of the 'shipping envelope' plus postage, and nothing more. Also, I placed my order on May 9th (Friday), and received it today May 12th (Monday)! Not bad at all. All in all, I give them the highest ranking available."
