"The hitch came within 3 days and fit as described in the information given. I am very pleased with the results.
It did take me longer than the 45 minutes described in the instructions.
One problem I had with the website is I put in the curt wiring #56146 in search and It gave me a hitch not the wiring. I had to go thru 7 pages to find the # I wanted to order.

I did receive email from Office Manager, who looked into my problem and resulted in my finding correct connection. Only concern was with length of hold times when calling customer service. I e-mailed them and they claimed the product was discontinued (still for sale on their site) and would issue a refund. I have called dozens of times and sent numerous e-mails with no response. Customer service is terrible. I am being forced to call a third party to collect my money."
