"I placed an order on 5/2/13 (Thursday) for a Rola Roof rack for Toyota Camry. Item arrived on 5/6/13 (Monday). Only 4 days, and that includes Sat &Sun... Excellent. They have the best price due to the fact that they don't actually store these items in their warehouse, they we're shipped directly from the MANUFACTURER. Product was new and properly packaged.

However - after I installed it, I noticed the loud WIND noise coming from these racks on speed over 30mph. It's just too loud for me even with the radio on - so annoying that I decided that I would like to return this thing...

And here is where the nightmare started - I have been trying to contact their customer service by phone for the past couple of days but unable to get thru. Their customer service is non existent. According to their website you have to have an RMA for your return to be processed and you will have to call to get that. Good luck with that.

I'm now stuck with this $200+ rack that I'm not satisfied with, luckily I used a credit card and hopefully they could help me fix this situation.
