"I am not impressed. I purchased a receiver and when it came in it broke through the box and did not have much packaging around it. I called in and was on hold over 30 min. When I got through, the person told me that another receiver will be sent and I would receive it the next day. When it did not come in the next day or the day after, I called in again and was on hold over 30 min. When I got through, I told him I wanted a refund and he said someone would email me. I sat on the phone for 30 some minutes for him to tell me someone would email me. I never got a response. The second hitch sent did not have any packing material around it and it too pushed through the box it was in. Both hitches had scratches and marks on them. I ended up putting the second hitch on because I wanted to use it. I called in to let someone know and I sat on hold over 40 minutes and decided to hangup. I emailed a 2nd complaint that has not been answered. I cannot believe a second hitch was not carefully packaged to ensure it shipped properly and to regain customer satisfaction. I want a refund."

"Very please with the speedy service and free shipping from HitchAnything.com - It was a Curt hitch in the original packing and I did not feel it was packed very well by Curt. Reason I say this is because a six inch area of the hitch was through the box to the outside. Plus there was an area in the middle of the hitch that I had to touchup with paint due to poor handling prior to boxing."
