"When an item is ordered your order site should say right away if the item is not available until a certain date. Waiting until order is submitted and paid for is not the way to inform someone part of their order isn't available until 2018. Especially when I want the item as a gift, and think 2 months is plenty of time!
You sent the wrong color Hang It All. Apparently you don't believe me, because I am continuing to jump through hoops to get a return label so I can return the item for the one I ordered.

"I ordered one chair to see if it would fit the space. It didn't. Unfortunately, HIVE does not provide refunds for their products unlike most of their competitors; only store credit. As well, shipping returns are quite costly - so this one chair ended up costing me quite a bit. My recommendation? If the product you want is available elsewhere - buy from a reseller that provides refunds. I also found the customer rep a tad snooty when I called to get the return authorization. That's the other thing - you have to call to request a return - only to get your store credit - you can't do it online. I will not be a return customer. "
