"I was glad that I could find replacement glasses for a chandelier. The chandelier was installed in 2004 and the installers broke two glasses. This time the careless throwing of a pillow caused a glass to break. I could find the chandelier easily but had to search around a bit to find just the replacement glass. The order was filled promptly and shipped and arrived in good condition. I'm very happy this item is still stocked. "
