"Having problems getting in touch with customer service. The voice mail is full and I get an automated reply that "due to the holidays" they are busy and will get with me as soon as possible. It's been almost 2 months. I was charged twice for the same item, partially my fault because I accidentally placed the order twice, but I never received the 2nd product but was charged for it anyway. Can't get in touch with anyone to get my $60 back. The product I did receive promptly broke and they did promptly replace it, but I still can't get anything done about the extra charge."

The customer no service said it takes two weeks for the warehouse to review the problem. Customer no service would not check anything or let me talk to anyone who would know anything. So I have to pay shipping to get a broken toy, pay shipping to return the broken toy, and then nothing. Crickets,chirp, chirp, chirp. Won't order from them again. Hoping they don't steal our money."
"I had a terrible experience with this company. The product they sent me (RC "Unbreakable" Helicopters) was defective. I tried numerous times to get in touch with the company by e-mail and phone with no response. I finally after several hours was able to speak to someone on the live-chat, who told me that they were aware there was a problem with this item and that they would be sending me a replacement part. Never did. I'm out $133.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY."
"An unprofessional and fraud ridden company who failed miserably in delivering what was promised (and payed for). I ordered an airsoft gun as a prop for a show and needed it asap, so I had them ship it next day air and payed the extra charge. When i got the email confirmation with the tracking number I checked on the status and found they had shipped it ground delivery. I contacted them and told them that wasn't acceptable they put me on hold with a loud beeping noise, eventually telling me there was nothing they could (would) do about it. After a long chat they said they would be willing to refund me the difference it shipping costs but that was it, I would in no way receive it when I needed it. When I said no, I refuse, they said they would charge me for shipping and restocking fees."
