"We ordered an airsoft gun for my son for Christmas, not only did I have to guess at the type of battery pack to oder seperately, but the gun had a chip out of it when it arrived. Because it was cosmetic I decided to let him keep the gun. However I'm thinking twice about that now. He has only used the gun a few times and we already are having problems. The fuse seems to be bad. "

"i received this order 3/2/12. i opened the box the next day to ch out the items. the first thing that was wrong was the free items was not there. i get on the chat line with jessie and was told tahat the item was out of stock. i was not told this when i placed the order or notified by email. to aget this free item you have to order $60 in products. seems to me a way to get an order and then not fill it as stated. they could have replaced the item with something of equal value. then two of the three items ordered were defected and will have to be returned by way of an RMA with a short return time. i would like to buy wholesale from Hobbytron but am a little worried about service when i am the one having to pay the return postage. they did give me a $10 credit and said i could order another car meaning i pay postage again. i know that things can happen,but feel that this was not handled properly.
