"You are awful!! My son spent his birthday money to buy an air soft gun. A week later we only received the BBs and not the gun. Completed the RMA form that you requested and have not heard back from you. I've left several messages and still have not heard back.

There seems to be two order numbers: One on the top of the invoice #897702 and an other one in one of the boxes within the invoice "Our Order #81268"."
"I ordered $124.00 worth of bbs. I wrote in the "Ordering Instructions" section that these need to be black bbs exactly like I ordered. I asked that if they were not black please do not send them or bill me. I use these bbs for something besides airsoft and they had to be black. I just received my order and of course they were not black. I got green, blue, yellow and white bbs. Not the black I ordered. Also they were such low quality bbs that I wouldn't have been able to use them anyway even if they were black. Large seams and parting marks. Just awful. Save your money, I am not a spokesperson nor do I work for Airsplat, but go with them. Much better customer service and quality."
