"The very worst. First they charge my charge account and then do not send the merchindise. When I call them up 3 weeks later they said something is wrong with my charge. "Overall my experience with order processing was fine. They did have a glitch in their email system as I did not get any notification of when my order was processed and shipped, but they did get my order to me in a quick fashion.

The products themselves....I am finding them to be cheap and may get out of the hobby all together. I was excited to get these helicopters and play with them but after about 6 min of flight time with one, one of the main parts has broken and it took me over an hour to find another company with parts. I am waiting to get the parts in sometime later this week. I did not crash the helicopter, the lower rotor holder literally snapped in two while about 7 feet off the ground. Not sure why, but if another part breaks as easily, I am going to do all I can to send this back and get a replacement or refund.

Again...the interaction with Hobbytron I would rate excellent. The experience with the products and availability for parts....not so good."

"My overall experience with HobbyTron turned out ok. It took quite a while as the first item that was received arrived broken. When I notified the company, it took them a very long time to get back to me with a resolution. Then i was told a replacement item would be shipped at no cost and the original item did not need to be returned. Then they contacted me for the original order number, which I supplied to them. After more attempts to reach them regarding this matter (as I again did not hear from them or receive the item) they finally sent an email stating basically the same information that I was told before. I was able to reach the company by telephone after MANY attempts. They told me at that time that the item "would be mailed tomorrow". The item finally arrived about two weeks after that. The product appears to be well made, my grandson is very happy with it. But, under the circumstances I don't believe we would order from HobbyTron again. Thank you for letting me review the company. The product is ok."

"i ordered an RC heli from hobbytron, and when i took it out of the package it looked fine accept the tail the tail was as wabblie as could be so i put a rolled up piece of paper in the base and it was still loose but did fly ok.i also baught the same rc heli from a seller in the mall and that one worked amazingly. id give the seller in the mall a better rating than hobbytron, as of right now."
