"This is the absolute worst shopping, buying, product, and service experience I have ever had at any store. I purchased a sale item from them in December on a lark thinking that it might be a fun RC toy to mess around with. Upon recieving the toy I quickly realized that pretty much every part of the description was completely inaccurate. It did not have a 9.6v battery and a charger, it had 8 AA batteries to drive a fairly large and heavy RC. It did not have independent suspension as described, it was not even the described color. None of this was the end of the world, but they I took it out of the box and it did not work anyway. After putting batteries in it, if you hit the accelerator it would just grind. I submitted an RMA for the vehicle and was given the option of store credit. There was nothing else I wanted or needed at the store, and I was fairly wary of them at this point anyway, so I responded asking if I could just get a refund. No response. I tried calling and spent 2 hours on hold only to be disconnected and told that the service line was closed. The next day I spent 4 hours waiting for their online service with no answer, only to find out that sometime while I had been waiting for a rep that had also gone offline without any notice. Completely unable to reach them in any manner I have finally been attempting to reverse the charges with my credit card company as it seems this is the only way I will get my money back from this horrible online store."

"The order was delivered in a timely manner. There were four items, three purchased and one free. The free item was the only one that worked out of the box. One airsoft gun was repairable (the springs were not assembled correctly. The remote control plane did not operate at all and the other air soft gun broke while it was being cocked. This is the second bad experience I have had with hobbytron out of four orders."
