"Horrible. The website is difficult to navigate. We accidently ordered 2 of the same items. We left an email on their website to cancel the 2nd order. No response. We tried for several days (several times a day )to contact their customer service department, waiting on hold for up to 20 min. We left a message for them to contact us,never receiving a follow up call. We finally received both items and then were told that we had a 20% restocking fee. So with the return postage and restocking fee, we were out almost 1/2 of the cost of the original purchase. We will never recommend this website to anyone."
