This was the worst online transaction I have ever experienced. Hobbytron.com sent 2 R/C cars to me. One car was not even the car I ordered. I tried the first car and it was completely dead with brand new batteries. I tried the second car and it would only go in forward and reverse.

I sent in my RMA request with a letter demanding a full refund for both cars plus the cost of shipping. I received an email stating that they would send me two new cars and to keep the broken ones as a gift. It's now 3 weeks later and I talked with customer service. Apparently they issued me a refund for the cost of one of the broken cars, and no refund for shipping, and did not bother to email me with their updated "resolution."

"HobbyTron was great. I received my order earlier than anticipated. However, what I received was not what I anticipated. The remote control airplane (Red Crane) had parts not listed in the manual and parts listed in the manual not included. The assembly directions were sub par, to say the least. I can get a jumbled up mess with a puzzle in it for 50 cents from my local news paper. This has been a learning experience that will not deter me from the desire to fly. It has only encouraged me to build my own."
