"Still have not received my order even though the shipping info specifically said 3-5 business days. The order is STILL being processed 14 days later. Their site continues to say my product will ship within 2-3 business days. I contacted customer service to cancel the order but I was told it is out of their hands. As if it is that difficult to call up the warehouse and cancel the order. At the very least provide an honest consumer with a coupon or something?! As soon as my order arrives, if it ever does, I will send it back for refund upon principle. Good luck in the future Hobby Tron"

"I'm very unhappy!!!! I purchased an airsoft rifle for my son online from hobby tron an paid extra for two day shipping. The whole thing cost me over $400. When the gun arrived I was concerned about the packaging being so careless looking but when I opened it it seemed ok. When my son got it on Christmas he was so excited he took it out of the box and pulled the slide and the trigger to see how it felt and immediately a small screw popped out of the inside and on to the floor. With further examination he noticed the slide was also stripped. I have been calling hobbytron with no answer I'm instructed to leave a message each time and every time I do I get no response. So after spending $400 I suppose I'm going to have to spend more money bringing it somewhere to have it fixed. I'm very disappointed and plan on calling the better business bureau !!!! "

"MOST TERRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! Ordered two remote control trucks for Christmas. One was received broken and neither one worked. Cannot reach them for a personal phone conversation. Only options are if box is open to get a replacement, store credit, another item or have them repair them. Already paid $13.45 for shipping. Returning them will probably cost the same. When a company ships junk they should be responsible for the shipping to return them at least!! This has been going on since December 26, 2011. It is now January 19, 2012 and still not satisfied. I want my money back but that is not an option if the box is opened. How else would I know that these trucks were junk until we tried them!!!!! Went to Shopko and got cheaper cars and they work beautifully. Would not recommend doing business with this company to anybody!!!"
