"Everything with Hobbytron worked great but I was not impressed with the quality of the items I selected. I wanted to pick up some bargain gifts and paid the price. I can't blame them but be advised that if you can't beleive the price you will get what you pay for. Just for example; half of the english words on one of the boxes the toy came in were misspelled. This was not the kind of gift I wanted to give but I can only suspect if I'd picked a more expensive item the quality would have been better."

"I ordered a helicopter from Hobbytron. It arrived safe and sound. The only thing I would request is that Hobbytron provide tracking confirmation. I had no way of knowing if the package left Hobbytron's facility or if it arrived at its destination until I received a call from my family saying that it had. It also would have been nice to receive an email indicating that my order was received and one to indicate when the product was being shipped. A quick link to tracking info would have made the shopping experience more satisfactory. "

"Wasn't particularly satisfied. Nephew didn't want the toy anymore, because he got something similar somewhere else so I called them a couple of hours later and they said they couldn't cancel the order because it was already being processed. I could understand if it was a couple of days later, but a couple of hours? In their policy it says if it is processing, then they can't do anything about it because they have way too many orders to sort through. One, that tells me that they don't sort their orders very well, which scares me. And two, I've delt with a lot larger companies, who I'm sure gets more orders than them per day, and I have been able to cancel an order. So right now I have an unopened, toy helicopter sitting on my counter, that I don't need, nor want. Any takers? They gave me the option to return it. I would have to pay shipping back and a 20% restocking fee. No way am I going to spend money and not get anything out of it in the end. Moral of the story, I probably won't be buying from them again. Just my oppinion though, just make sure you definitely want the product before you buy, because once you hit "buy" they have you by the balls. :)

P.S. My high priced stars are compared to eBay. EBay is about half price compared to them, but compared to other online stores, they are about the same."

"Very disatisfied with this order and with the following orders. I ordered 2 RC cars for my grand sons for Christmas. One car worked great. The other did not work right out of the box. So i tried to call them and left a message twice and have never gotten a call back. Went on the web site and filled out the RMA request and 2 weeks later still have not heard back on that. Since these were Christmas gifts I tried to order another device with prompt delevery. I was never notified the order was filled so I ordered another one. Once again never told it was filled. Both cars showed up well after the holiday. Never did hear the order was filled or the purchase was shipped."
