"Was mostly satisfied except for spending the extra money to have a rush delivery that did not come in the identified 2-3 business day time period. I got it on the 4th day, and I know that might sound stupid that I would complain, but after spending an additional 44 dollars I want it to be here when it says it would.
The other thing I did not like was that I ordered a Dragon air soft gun that did not come with any instructional information regarding cleaning and maintaining the gun. The prior guns that I ordered did come with these."

No answer when I called (long distance) and no return call when message was left and no answer to e-mails I left. Requested RMS through website but still no replay. "We received the helicopters but were very disappointed. The propellers kept breaking when landing on a rug. Superglue was used and they would break in another place. We were going to just buy more propeller blades. Then one of the controllers was not working, even after changing the batteries. In only a couple hours we could not use the merchandise. Consequently I wish to return the helicopters and get a different one, maybe a larger helicopter would work more efficiently. I would NOT recommend the ACTION ELITE COMBAT PACK 3CH ELECRIC RTF RC HELICOPTERS. "

I cannot get a response to return merchandise, as per request of a RMA number on 12/26/2011. I was sent an email stating the case was assigned to a rep and I would hear back in 1-2 business days. And it has been longer that that, no response. They say without this number, you may NOT return anything. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card shortly.
BEWARE! Do not purchase from this company! They have little or no customer service! Also, I could not get a person on the phone, due to HIGH call volume! This must be because everything they sent out for Christmas does not work!"
